Welcome to Conversations in Mohs Surgery, where Dr. Thomas Knackstedt, dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, takes a closer look at articles published in the micrographic dermatologic surgery literature by speaking with the authors and researchers involved. The podcast is an extension of the College’s online bibliography, a searchable, high-yield article reference library aligned with the Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology fellowship curriculum. Dr. Knackstedt is director of dermatologic surgery at MetroHealth Dermatology in Cleveland, where he runs the Mohs surgery unit and leads a weekly nail disease clinic. He received his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine, followed by residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire and fellowship training in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology with Dr. Nathaniel Jellinek at Dermatology Professionals in Rhode Island.
