Dr. Tolkachjov is the Founder and Director of the Mohs Fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center. He’s a Professor at Texas A&M COM, Assistant Professor at UTSW, and is the Director of Mohs for Epiphany Dermatology, having performed over 25,000 cases. His research has facilitated over 260 publications, 2 textbooks, and multiple chapters. He has directed sessions and chaired scientific committees in the AAD, ACMS, ASDS, ISDS, Noah Worcester, is the President of the Dallas Dermatologic Society and is on the Board of Directors of the ASDS and the Mayo Clinic Dermatology Alumni. He was voted Teacher of the Year by UTSW, Physician of the Year by Epiphany, Newsweek Top 100 Mohs surgeons, D Magazine and Castle Connolly Top Doctors.
