Rachel Kyllo – Meramec Dermatology, Arnold, MO

Rachel Kyllo, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon. She completed dermatology residency at Washington University in St. Louis and fellowship training at Northwestern University. After training, she co-founded Meramec Dermatology, an independent private practice in the St. Louis area that has grown under her leadership to five locations and ten physicians. She completed the MSLF/LEADS program in 2023 and served as the 2026 ACMS Meeting Scientific Program Chair. She is heavily involved in physician advocacy work and serves on several committees within the AAD, ASDS, and ACMS to this effect.
