Jerry D. Brewer is Professor of Dermatology and Program Director of the Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic. A dermatologist and Mohs surgeon, Dr. Brewer specializes in cutaneous oncology, skin cancer in immunosuppressed patients, melanoma, and rare cutaneous malignancies. His research focuses on transplant-associated skin cancer, and melanoma epidemiology. Dr. Brewer has received numerous awards for excellence in patient care, research, and education and has held national and international leadership roles, including serving as President of the American College of Mohs Surgery and Director of the American Board of Dermatology.
