Ian Maher is a Professor, Vice Chair of Clinical Operations, Director of Dermatology, and Mohs Fellowship Director at the University of Minnesota. A nationally recognized expert in Mohs surgery and facial reconstruction, he specializes in skin cancer treatment, post-cancer reconstruction, skin flaps and grafts, and rare cutaneous malignancies. His research focuses on surgical outcomes, innovative reconstructive techniques, flap mechanics, and the development of clinical outcome sets and patient registries to advance dermatologic surgery.
