Dr. Daniel B. Eisen is Director of Dermatologic Surgery and Head of the Micrographic and Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship Program at UC Davis Medical Center. With more than 20 years of experience as a cutaneous surgeon and educator, he is committed to developing the next generation of Mohs surgeons. His clinical and research interests include surgical outcomes, skin cancer epidemiology, hidradenitis suppurativa, lasers, photodynamic therapy, and patient-centered care. Dr. Eisen mentors trainees in surgical technique, clinical decision-making, research, career development, and fellowship preparation. His goal is to help mentees build fulfilling careers while advancing compassionate, evidence-based care and better outcomes for patients.
