The 2023 Annual Meeting is a hybrid event that can be attended in person in Seattle or virtually through the College's virtual meeting website. When registering using the button below, you will have the opportunity to choose how you'd like to attend this year's meeting.

Pre-Registration
Pre-registration must be received by the ACMS office on or before April 10, 2023. The office will not accept any registrations after April 10 and will require you to register and pay on site. The Registration Desk will be open at the Hyatt Regency Seattle the following days and times (subject to change):
- Wednesday, May 3: 1:00 – 6:00 pm
- Thursday, May 4: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday, May 5: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday, May 6: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees, minus a $200 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ACMS office no later than February 28, 2023. Email info@mohscollege.org or fax (414) 276-2146. Refunds will not be given after that date.
Space Requests
To reserve function space within the ACMS hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, groups must first complete a function space request form to be approved by the ACMS. Please submit one form for each function. Following approval, the ACMS will provide a hotel contact to work with regarding any food/beverage or AV needs. Private social events proposed in conflict with any official Annual Meeting session or activity will not be allowed. Space will not be released by the ACMS after February 28, 2023. Email Mario Ortiz, ACMS Meetings Manager with questions.

- Reduced nightly base room rate: $259 for single/double occupancy + 15.6% state and local tax, plus applicable services fees (currently $2.00 tourism fee) and/or Hotel-specific fees.
- Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am
- Self-parking: $43.00
