Registration Desk hours

The Registration Desk is located on Level 3 of the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront and will be open on the following days and times (subject to change):

  • Wednesday, May 1:  1:00 - 6:00 pm
  • Thursday, May 2:  6:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday, May 3:  6:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday, May 4:  6:30 am - 4:00 pm

How to check in and pick up your registration materials

When checking in for the 2019 Annual Meeting at the Registration Desk, attendees should follow these steps:

  1. If you pre-registered for the meeting, you will receive an email with a bar code that will allow for quick check-in. This bar code can be scanned from a printed copy or on your smartphone at the Registration Desk. You can also use one of the laptops available to enter the email address you used to register for the meeting. Follow the prompts to check in, and your name badge, Morning Mini Session tickets, and any other purchases (such as President’s Reception tickets) will print. If any changes to your registration are needed, please visit the on-site registration station at the Registration Desk for assistance.
  2. Receive a blue ACMS folio containing the Final Program, CME/Abstract Book, pen/stylus, and informational materials from select meeting sponsors and exhibitors.
  3. Take a name badge lanyard and notepad from the courtesy table near the Registration Desk.
  4. Add the Annual Meeting mobile app to your phone, tablet laptop or device of choice; simple directions can be found here, in your Final Program, and on signage near the Registration Desk.

President's Reception

6:30 – 9:30 pm • Four Seasons Hotel, Cobalt Room, Second Floor
Join colleagues to enjoy live music, cocktails, food stations and hors d’oeuvres while overlooking the Inner Harbor and marina. Tickets will be available for $75at the ACMS Registration Desk between 1 pm on Wednesday, May 1 until 4 pm on Saturday, May 4.

Get your copy of the 50th Anniversary book

This custom, illustrated 80-page hardcover volume, “ACMS: The Margin of Victory for 50 Years,” chronicles the genesis and evolution of Mohs surgery, including the perspectives of 10 important figures from founding to present. Copies will also be available for $75 at the Registration Desk and online after the meeting.

Professional headshots

On Saturday, May 4 from 12:00-2:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall (Harborside Ballroom, Level 4), professional headshots will be offered by our photographer FREE to meeting attendees. Images will be sent electronically for personal use. All photos will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis until 2:00 pm.

How to claim CME for the meeting

  1. Login to your registration here (the link will be sent via email as well).
  2. On the ‘Session Evaluations’ tab, click on ‘Click here to choose the sessions you attended’; once your sessions are selected, click ‘Save entries’.
  3. Click ‘Click here to complete the evaluation’; once completed, click ‘Submit’.
  4. Select the credit type (General CME), and click ‘Save’.
  5. Click the ‘Print your Certificate’ link to generate your certificate. You may save it as a PDF or print it.

The CME claim site will be available Monday, May 6 through Thursday, September 5, 2019. If you have any questions or need help claiming credit, contact the ACMS office at info@mohscollege.org.
