Meeting Registration
The 2026 ACMS Annual Meeting will be a wholly in-person meeting April 30-May 3 in Austin, Texas. There is not a virtual or hybrid attendance option.
Online preregistration is now closed. The registration desk will be open at the JW Marriott Austin the following days and times (subject to change):
- Wednesday, April 29: 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, April 30: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday, May 1: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, May 2: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees, minus a $200 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ACMS office no later than February 28, 2026. Email info@mohscollege.org or fax (414) 276-2146. Refunds will not be given after that date.

Airport
The JW Marriott Austin is about 7 miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport: a 20-minute car ride.
Alternate Transportation from Airport
You can also travel to the hotel by CapMetro buses by taking a line 20 bus from the airport toward Springdale AB, stopping at Lavaca/4th, and walking 8 minutes to the hotel.
