Support Opportunities
Workshop and Product Demonstration Offerings
Product Theater
$35,000 (Maximum 2 sponsors)
Product demonstrations, preapproved by ACMS and/ or ASMH, will be held at a time to be determined. Pledge forms for this support category must be accompanied by a description of the product and/or service to be demonstrated. ACMS/ASMH reserve the right to refuse product demonstration proposals. Contributors’ non-product related signs announcing their participation in the product demonstration sessions will be placed at the entrance of the session room. (Signs provided by supporter but must be pre-approved by ACMS and/or ASMH. Maximum four signs. Maximum sign dimensions: 3 feet x 4 feet.)
Sponsored Symposium
$45,000 (Maximum 1 sponsor)
Designed to give you greater visibility while reaching a targeted audience. Companies are given the opportunity to present a two-hour sales/marketing presentation over dinner or a reception allowing attendees to hear the latest about your product or service. Programs will be scheduled for an evening to be determined. The fee for non-exhibiting companies is $55,000.
Fellows-In-Training Hands-On Cutaneous Flap Workshop
$15,000 (Maximum 1 sponsor)
In this highly sought-after workshop, Fellows-in-Training receive invaluable hands-on practice on how to perform multiple skin flaps on surgical training models and gain individualized knowledge by working alongside experienced Mohs surgeons. Contributors’ non-product-related signs announcing their sponsorship will be placed at the entrance of the workshop room. (Signs provided by sponsor but must be pre-approved by ACMS. Maximum four signs. Maximum sign dimensions: 3 feet x 4 feet.)
ASMH Cryostats
ASMH meeting attendees can participate in the cryostat workshops held during the ASMH Annual Meeting. Companies can supply cryostats for use during this valuable hands-on learning experience. Supporter(s) will be acknowledged in the ASMH final program, through signage at the meeting, on the ASMH website, and at the opening session. ASMH Workshop Supplies
Companies can donate supplies used in the Workshops held during the ASMH Annual Meeting. Supporter(s) will be acknowledged in the ASMH Final Program and on the ASMH website. NOTE: If interested in this option, please contact info@mohstech.org or (414) 918-9813.
Hotel Branding Offerings
Escalator Clings
$2,500 per escalator (Maximum 2 sponsors)
High traffic, high impact. Escalators are standout locations for signage because they are often in high-traffic areas and are perfect for showcasing creative messages. Add your company’s content to a set of available escalators in the JW Marriott Austin. Pricing excludes production/labor. Coordination of timing required. Must utilize hotel’s preferred vendor.
Elevator Door Wraps
$2,500 per elevator (Maximum 11 sponsors)
Elevate your message. This is a great opportunity to surprise and engage a captive audience while they wait with larger than-life messages on elevator wraps. Get the attention of attendees by featuring your company’s logo, product, or service in specific hotel elevators in a high-foot-traffic location. Pricing excludes production/labor. Coordination of timing required. Must utilize hotel’s preferred vendor.
Lunches
ACMS Sponsored Lunches
$25,000 Per Day (Maximum. 2 sponsors, limit 1 sponsor per day)
Lunch will be provided on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the exhibit hall for ACMS members. As a supporter of the ACMS lunches, your company will be identified on signage in the exhibit hall and in the final program. Your company will also receive branded napkins and cups, while also being able to distribute educational materials near the food stations. Please note, sponsor must work with hotel’s preferred vendor for napkin and cup branding. Each supporter is responsible for providing their own educational materials. Both branded items and educational materials must be approved by ACMS staff. If possible, food stations may be strategically placed near the supporter’s booth.
ASMH Sponsored Lunches
$12,000 Per Day (Maximum 2 sponsors, limit 1 sponsor per day)
ASMH lunches will be served Friday and Saturday during the ASMH Annual Meeting. As a supporter of the ASMH lunches, your company will be identified on signage, branded napkins and cups, in the final program, along with the opportunity to distribute educational handouts near the food stations. Please note, sponsors are responsible for providing their own educational materials. Both branded items and educational materials must be approved by ACMS staff.
ACMS Grand Opening and Welcome Reception
Sponsor $25,000 (Maximum 1 sponsor)
The Exhibit Hall Grand Opening and Welcome Reception takes place on Thursday, April 30 in the exhibit hall. Here, over 1,300 attendees will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a variety of beverages, and have a chance to network with colleagues and exhibitors. Sponsorship will include signage, branded napkins and cups, and the opportunity to distribute educational handouts. Educational handouts will be available near the reception. Sponsor must work with hotel’s preferred provider for napkin and cup branding. Sponsor is responsible for providing their own education materials. Both branded items and educational materials must be approved by ACMS staff.
ASMH Networking Reception
Sponsor $12,000 (Maximum 1 sponsor)
The ASMH Networking Reception takes place on Friday, May 1 in the exhibit hall. Here, over 200 histotechnicians will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, select beverages, and a chance to network with colleagues and exhibitors. Sponsorship will include signage, branded napkins and cups, as well as the opportunity to distribute educational handouts. Educational handouts will be available near the reception. Sponsor must utilize hotel’s preferred provider for napkin and cup branding. Sponsor is also responsible for providing their own education materials. Both branded items and educational handouts must be approved by ACMS staff.
ACMS President’s Reception
Sponsor $25,000 (Maximum 1 sponsor)
The ACMS President’s Reception takes place on Saturday, May 2nd. This is the final reception of the Annual Meeting celebrating the President, the Annual Meeting, and all the Mohs surgeons who attend and contribute to the success of the College. Please note, this reception takes place after the exhibit hall closes, yet your company will receive further exposure at this prestigious event. Food and a variety of beverages are provided for all attendees in addition to amenities such as music and photo opportunities. Sponsorship will include signage along with branded napkins and cups. Please note that all branding must be completed through the hotel’s preferred provider. All branding must be approved by ACMS staff prior to printing. Represent your company at this exclusive celebration at the 2026 Annual Meeting.

Bundled Offerings
ACMS Registration Packet and ASMH Bag Inserts
$2,500
This is an opportunity for exhibitors and corporate supporters to double their exposure by having a flier or small promotional item placed in the registration packets and bags of all attendees. Inserts must be submitted via email for pre-approval by the ACMS/ASMH by February 27, 2026. Supporters will be responsible for supplying the necessary number of supplies for each bag. Inserts must be received by Heritage Printing no later than Friday, March 27, 2026.
Hotel Key Cards and Key Card Holder Bundle Exclusive Sponsorship Opportunity
$11,000 (Maximum 1 sponsor)
Expand your company’s exposure with custom designed hotel key cards and key card holders. All meeting attendees staying at the JW Marriott Austin will receive sponsor-branded room key cards with a sponsored keycard holder that shares program information and event space maps. Key cards and holders are distributed at check-in by hotel staff. (Sponsor must work with hotel and third party vendor to have key cards created and printed to specification.

The ACMS Foundation Annual Meeting Lounge offers a premier sponsorship opportunity and will serve as a central hub of connection throughout all four days of the 2026 Annual Meeting. Separate from the exhibit hall, this dedicated lounge will provide a welcoming environment where ACMS members, leaders, subject matter experts, and industry partners can gather for collaboration, idea-sharing, and meaningful interaction.
