PLEASE NOTE: Both Fellows-in-Training and Associate Applicants should select ACMS Member Registration in order to receive proper registration rates.

Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees, minus a $200 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ACMS office no later than April 12, 2021. Email info@mohscollege.org or fax (414) 276-2146. Refunds will not be given after that date.
