Election of Secretary/Treasurer and Three (3) Board Directors

Official Election Instructions

Organized campaigns, including letter and/or email writing or telephone "tree" campaigns sponsored by any national, regional, or local organizations or formalized groups of individuals supporting any candidate or group of candidates are not allowed. Slated candidates who are found, by a majority vote of the Board of Directors to be in violation of the above regulations may, at the Board's discretion, be subject to sanctions, including but not limited to, removal from the ballot and/or nullification of votes received.

Official Ballot Instructions

Please carefully review both candidates for Secretary/Treasurer, listed alphabetically by last name, before making your selection. The candidate elected Secretary/Treasurer will serve from May 2019 to May 2020 before transitioning to Vice President at the 2020 Annual Meeting. This candidate will serve as ACMS President during the 2021 year.

Please carefully review all six candidates for the Board of Directors, listed alphabetically by last name, before making your selections. Those elected to the Board of Directors will serve from May 2019 to May 2022.

The results of this election will be announced at the ACMS Business Meeting held during the 2019 Annual Meeting, scheduled for Friday, May 3 from 12:15 - 2:00 pm at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront .

  1. Select one (1) individual to fill the ACMS Secretary/Treasurer position and three (3) individuals to fill three (3) open positions on the ACMS Board of Directors. In order for your ballot to be accepted and counted, it must be complete. Incomplete ballots are not permitted.
  2. The election closes on Friday, February 8, 2019 - no exceptions are permitted.

Completed ballot must be submitted by February 8, 2019.
