ACMS Fellowship Training
A physician needs to have completed their residency in Dermatology before applying for fellowship training at the ACMS. To complete fellowship training at the ACMS, one must perform at least 500 Mohs surgeries under the supervision of a Mohs College approved surgeon.

Mohs College Fellow
After three years as an associate, you can become a Mohs College Fellow. In order to become Mohs College Fellow, you must submit a completed Associate to Fellow Member Application and a completed log case with 300 cases completed after your training.

Mohs College Lifetime Membership
To become a life member of the Mohs College, one must be at least 65 years old and be a member in good standing for at least 20 years before applying for Life Membership, or retired from medicine or is disabled and cannot practice medicine. Applicants seeking a Mohs College Life Membership must also be an active member of the Mohs College at the time of the request.
