Fellows-in-Training Ombudsman

To help ensure the best training possible, the ACMS recently developed an Ombudsman position to offer fellows the opportunity to voice any concerns (e.g regarding the Director, educational training, supervision, legal/ethical issues, medical liability insurance, etc.) they may have about their fellowship training without the fear of jeopardizing their fellowship. The ACMS Board of Directors selected long-time Fellow member of the ACMS, Rex Amonette, MD, to serve as the Ombudsman. Concerns are kept confidential and will be used as a quality assurance measure for the fellowship training programs.
