Membership

Life Member

  1. Has reached sixty-five (65) years of age, and has been a member in good standing for at least twenty (20) years prior to application for Life Membership or
  2. Who has retired from the practice of medicine or is disabled and cannot practice medicine, and
  3. Was an active member at the time of the request shall be eligible for Life Membership

To request Life Membership, please submit a letter to the Board of Directors for consideration.
